If you are focused on Speaking just for TOEFL, and you have not access to natives, I suggest you to try this practices:
First of all find some listening resources (TED,...) which have good language proficiency and also be related to TOEFL topics.
1- I have one friend which used this method and it really worked for him: Find some good resources and listen to them till you comprehend em completely. Next, listen to a short phrase of it and try to mimic it exactly with the same accent!
Don't get frustrated, it seems boring and hard at first. (Try it really out-laud!)
2- I don't recommend you to prepare prescribed samples for each question of speaking but if you want a score around 20-25 it works!
3- Use pretest practice sources (Barrons, etc) to get familiar with the question types, and record your sound every time and listen to it, do it till you are completely satisfied with yourself!
Thank you very much. I have attended the TOEFL on 7th September last year. I scored 27 in speaking. This site helped me a lot in preparing for both gre and toefl. this became possible for altruists like you guys. Thanks a lot.
