Consider t as the total number of animals.
If we remove insects and fishes we will leave the zoo with 0.63t animals.
We would then like to know what percentage of these 0.63t are birds raised in the wild.
If birds raised in the wild are 0.06t, then 0.06 x (t) = newper x (0.63t) where newper is the percentage we are asked for.
Thus, newper = 0.06/0.63 = 0.095 ----> Answer is B.
