Take x = 3
then A ==> 1(1distinct prime factor 3)
B ==> 2 (2 Distinct prime factor 2,3)

Take x = 2

then A ==> 1(1distinct prime factor 2)
B ==> 1 (1 distinct prime factor 2)

Answer is not constant.

Hence, D is the Answer.
