We know 2 is also a prime factor
for the quantity 4x , we will always have 2(prime factor) * X
So Qty B will always have a extra prime number if x is not 2
But if x = 2 then,
QTY A = QTY B, as both of them will have only one distinct prime factor i.e. 2
Hence the option is D
