Hi all,
I want to take an MBA in the next year. Mi profile perfectly suits to every B-School except for my GMAT score.
I have been studying for the GMAT since 2 years, without big improvements so I was thinking to switch to GRE, considering that many people told me the math is easier than the GMAT math (and math is my biggest issue on the GMAT).
Is the verbal part of the GRE easier as well?
How long would I take to prepare well for the GRE, approximatley (studying 10 hours per week)?

Before answering your queries, i will assume the following:
- The universities you are planning to apply accept GRE scores for MBA admission
- You have visited GMATClub.com for tips and assistance on improving on GMAT
- Your vocabulary and verbal is relatively stronger than your quants
Assuming the above to be true i will suggest the following:
- If your vocab and critical reasoning are strong you shud do reasonably well in GRE verbal.
- GRE math is not that easy as people say, its relatively easier than GMAT (again i must highlight opinion varies from person to person), but still hard in absolute sense.
- If you are studying 10 hours/week and based on the assumption that you want a 90+ percentile GRE score (close to 320+ .. maybe wrong...do check) i think you may need 6-9 weeks minimum.
- If you know your target GRE score(look at average GRE scores of admitted people in your universities), take the ETS Powerprep one time without prep and see how close you are. That will be a good indication on how long you may need to prepare for actual GRE

What you have written above is correct, except for my target score which is around 70-75 percentile (even more reachable).
My problem is in fact on GMAT math, I have been studying since 2 years without good improvements in math....
I will take the test you recommended and then, I will let you know about the score I get
