We know 2 is also a prime factor

for the quantity 4x , we will always have 2(prime factor) * X

So Qty B will always have a extra prime number if x is not 2

But if x = 2 then,

QTY A = QTY B, as both of them will have only one distinct prime factor i.e. 2

Hence the option is D

Take x = 3
then A ==> 1(1distinct prime factor 3)
B ==> 2 (2 Distinct prime factor 2,3)

Take x = 2

then A ==> 1(1distinct prime factor 2)
B ==> 1 (1 distinct prime factor 2)

Answer is not constant.

Hence, D is the Answer.
