is it???? :o :(

Look: most of the prep companies still say that you need vocabulary for the GRE and that the math is easier than that on the GMAT.

Both claims are false. The thing is moving fast.

I never used a vocab list, I never study a flashcard: I only read the sentence and see what is going on and then fit the words. That's it

The math also is getting harder. Even though the GMAT could throw you a quant question of 750 level and the GRE does not. However, those on the GRE are around the 700 level which is still though like a hell to tackle.

I would have a microphone to tell the world that things are changing. To come to this board if they wanna really want a stellar score for the GRE.

What others do or propose is good but really fells behind what is the GRE reality out there.

GRE has become more difficult in recent times as compared to the past. It would judge the same old 8 class maths concepts but it has become a lot trickier.

Students used to do manhattan and 5lb and they used to perform well but now a day I have seen a trend where students are struggling to score over 320+. I would highly recommend reading this article, https://blog.scholarden.com/gre-guides/how-hard-is-the-gre/

I totally agree with you guys. GRE has never been an easy test. However, the quant section on GRE is easier comparing to GMAT quant section, since I took both.

I do not agree fully.

Quant on the GRE is tough. It is commonplace. years ago.

Sure GMAT is still king but not like before

I still can't reach 310 do you guys think it is difficult to reach that score?
maximum score now is 296 :) 148, 148
should I focus on something else that could compensate gre scores?
