I got the right answer here but I'm thinking I could have done it wrong. Let's start on the outside. \sqrt{2} is 2 to the 1/2. Let's call it 2 to the 8/16ths because that's the LCD for what's coming up. Next in line is under 2 square roots so it is 2 to the 4/16. Next comes 2 to the 2^2/16, as 3 square roots means something is to the 1/8 power. Finally, the 4 is raised to the 1/16th. Because 4 is 2^2, we can make it 2^2/16.
Add all the 2s up and we get 2^16/16, or 2^1, or 2.
Is this correct?
