Question 14. Using the second column of the chart, there are 128 total men and women with 5 children, and you are given 92 women with 5 children. By subtracting, this leaves 36 men with 5 children. To find the total number of men who did not have 5 children, take the total number of all men (500) and subtract the number with 5 children (36). The answer is 464 men who did not have 5 children.
Hence 464 is correct.
Question 15. There is not enough information given to answer this question since all, some, or none of the members who hold advanced degrees could also have 5 or more children.
Hence option E is correct.

For Question 15, couldn't you also say that it would be E because it doesn't specify which majority they mean? For example, they could mean a majority within the AMA association, or they could mean a majority between the AMA and ASA. ASA and AMA are acronyms I use for the two groups
