= (1-0.00000001)/(1+0.0001) - (1-0.00000009)/(1+0.0003)
= (1-0.00001²)/(1+0.0001) - (1-0.00003²)/(1+0.0003)
= 1-0.0001 - (1-0.0003)
= 0.0002
= 2 x 10^(-4)
