Q1: the interquartile range is compute by subtracting the first quartile from the third one. In the boxplot, the first and the third quartiles are represented by the edge of the box. Thus, in this case it is 56-9 = 47 (B)
Q2: Since 25 RBI is the median of the sample, given that it corresponds to the line within the box, there are 50% of the total players above 25 RBIs; 0.5*280 = 140 (E)
Q3: 78 RBIs is the 90th percentile; 56 RBIs is the third quartile or the 75th percentile. Thus, between those two numbers there are 15% of the total players; 0.15*280 = 42 (E)
