I think is time, truly, to jot down a massive strategy guide. I did notice the students are lost , particularly on RC
I do know that GReg suggest a great strategy to attack. However, I do think could be improved
- Practice active reading - do not just skim the passage or read just to read facts after facts
- Make a general map of the passage
- Notice change in tone. Shift words such as however or but,while, still and so forth
- pinpoint double negative such as: It is not impossible to win means it is possible to win
For long passage
This is crucial: do not get lost into details, you can always come back thanks to your map to pinpoint where they are. You do need the whole picture and the main idea
For short it is the same
