With 211 students earning A, it's safe to assume that a negligible (if at all!) number of students from other districts will get an A. Hence we need to find the proportion of Bs:
(B)/(B + C + D + E), which is about 0.5.
Hence the answer is 306/2, or roughly 150. Answer is C.

Answer: Only students from Creede are getting A's so Subtract Creede students from Total
1105 - 211 = 894
Now we have to calculate How many students from Bayfield will get B?
We know that 450 students will get B grade (check fig 2)
450/894 = 0.5 (approx)
Total students from Bayfield: 306 (fig 1)
306 * 0.5 = 153 (approx 150) option C
Answer: Only students from Creede are getting A's so Subtract Creede students from Total
1105 - 211 = 894
