GRE At Home Experience - Scores Unavailable Issue

I took the GRE general test at home using ProctorU in August 2020. ProctorU - while it's a brilliant response to the pandemic for test-takers - due to no fault of mine, my video halted for about half a minute for my e-proctor, while my system continued functioning and the test kept going. He was remotely able to fix it, and even gave me back the time I may have lost in that process. But I highly suspect that was the reason my exam had to go under testing integrity review.
I expected to get my scores in 10-15 days as is normal. But starting from my test date, I was waiting in much anxiety for the NEXT 6 WEEKS to get my scores. All it said online in my score report was "Scores Unavailable". The third week after the test, I got worried. I called ETS and was told that only the "Office of Testing Integrity" would be able to help me out. I read online that in such situations, the score had even been CANCELLED.
PLEASE TRY TO ENSURE ZERO GLITCHES WITH PROCTORU when you take your at home test. [/color] And, if you do face a similar "score unavailable issue":
1. CALL ETS on the general helpline number - if needed they will transfer you to the Office of Testing Integrity. Explain any possible glitches or reasons for a late score with all honesty.
2. EMAIL ETS, Especially the Office of Testing integrity!!
3. Get Your case Managers name and your case reference number (at the office of testing integrity)
4. KEEP FOLLOWING UP.
6. Have patience and everything will be ok!!!!!!!
