Length of each piece of cable: 3 feet 5 inches.
Convert it into inches = 12*3 + 5 = 41 inches. (1 Foot = 12 Inches)
All the four pieces together = 41 * 4 = 164 inches.
Convert back to feet: 164/12 = 13.66 ==> 13 2/3. Therefore the correct answer is D.
