I think something else is required to ans the question. As it is it can be any combination for getting the four options. such as 1+11, 1+53, 2+70, 99 + 101

the question is asking about combined value of the 2 people, Total = B+A ==>(1) B alone = A+1/4A ==> B= 5/4A==>(2) Substitute b with the first equation ==> Total= 5/4A+A==> Total = 9/4A the only answers is 54 and 72
