Silk + Polyester = 60
40% of 60 = 24 are striped
Now,
25 ties are Silk and 35 ties are Polyester
Striped Silk = 40% of 25 = 10
Then, Striped Polyester = 24 - 10 = 14
Since, Total Polyester = 35
Then Non-striped Polyester = 35 - 14 = 21
Hence, option B
40% of 60 = 24 are striped
Now,
25 ties are Silk and 35 ties are Polyester

Then, Striped Polyester = 24 - 10 = 14
