9:30 AM? Since total is 100 Km and A started early so minus 20 Km. Now A and B travel 80Km towards each other, so total speed = (20+25)kmh Time =Distance/Speed = 80/55 = 1.45 = 1 hour 27 min Time they meet = 8AM + 1 hr 27min = 9:30 AM approx

OA Explanation:
Speed of Train starting from A = 20 kmph Speed of Train starting from A = 25 kmph
Since, the second train starts 1 hour later, First train must have covered 20 km in that time. Which means, the distance between the two trains at 8:00 AM is 90 km
