We're told the line passes through origin, so y-intercept will be 0. Using the equation of the line in the y-intercept form:
y = mx, where slope m=1/7.

So, y = (1/7) * x. When you check the answer choices in this equation starting from E, only D (14,2) satisfies the equation. Given as 2 = 1/7 * 14. 2 = 2. Thus its the answer.
