By the way, for any wheel, distance = revolutions x circumference.

Let's assume that smaller wheel makes s revolutions per hour. (But since revolutions of larger wheel is represented in minutes, we must convert s revolutions per hour to s/60 revolutions per minute.)
Since, both wheel cover same distance, let's equate, keeping the distance same.
\(r * 40 * pi = \frac{s}{60} * 32 * pi\)
\(s = 75 * r\)
Hence, B is the correct answer.
