The first blank can be thought of by the portion after that -her literary gifts acknowledged by the chief figures of the Harlem Renaissance.
So our blank should be something that agrees to this point. Only Acclaim fit in. so C
The other two blanks are interconnected.
her reputation as yet (ii)________ by envious slights, Hurston clearly was at the (iii)________ of her career.
envious slights would point towards harming or tarnishing her reputation but YET says the blank should be opposite to it, hence Untarnished , so F
With everything going right for Hurtson, the career has to be upward, hence Zenith is the right word, so G
