After calculating, getting for A is ( h + some of values), and now put any value for h or get rid of h, you will get A always bigger then B.
What if we take negative value for "h", then B must be bigger but (N:B: Remember distance never be a minus value/sign. )
So, Answer A.

Distance = rate x time
In this case D=150, r=m, t=h.
So 150=mh => h=150/m
In quantity A 320=2mh So h=320/2m so h=160/m
Answer A
