Well just using common sense.
If the angle is >90 must be at least 91. Therefore, the side on the opposite side of the biggest angle in a triangle is also the longest side.
If we do have 3 times this side vs the entire perimeter of the triangle must be greater.
suppose that the longest side we are talking is 7 the other two sides must be , I do not know, 6 and 6. Therefore the sum is 19
3*7 =21
It is just a question of common sense.
