We encourage you to prepare your applications as early as possible, leaving you more time to review for the GRE General test (we accept both the classic and new formats), enhance your profile by gaining research-related skills (e.g., data analysis, quantitative skills, etc.), and revisit your working relationship with your potential referees (we accept a combination of industry and academic referees) who can advise you and give you a solid recommendation to the PhD Programme.
