3/4 people said "no" to 1st question and 2/3 of these said "Yes" to 2nd question.
So, "Y/2" participants didn't say "no" to both questions.
Now, of the remaining that said "Yes" to 1st question, it doesn't matter what their answer was to the 2nd question as the given condition is satisfied.
So, finally, it can be represented as Y/2+Y/4=3Y/4.
Option D is correct
