Time per question = (total time)/(number of questions)
= (75 minutes)/(37 questions)
= 75/37
= 2 1/37 minutes per question
From here, we must convert 1/37 minutes to seconds.
Since 60 seconds = 1 minute, we get: 1/37 minutes = (1/37)(60) seconds
= 60/37 seconds
≈ 2 seconds
So, 2 1/37 minutes ≈ 2 minutes, 2 seconds
Answer: B
