This is my first issue essay, please suggest the flaws in it

Educators should take students' interests into account when planning the content of the courses they teach.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the recommendation and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, describe specific circumstances in which adopting the recommendation would or would not be advantageous and explain how these examples shape your position.
Response:
In today's world, a proper education system is an undeniable mandate for every student. Every educator in the world holds the responsibility to not only deliver an insightful knowledge to their students but to also serve the society in order to create a brighter generation. Given the context, I cannot completely disagree with the presented statement that teachers or educators should keep the interests of students in mind while designing the curriculum of the particular course they teach.
One of the positive aspects, that can be drawn out from the given statement is that considering the students' interests in the course planning will definitely lead to active participation of students in the studies of that respective subject. To think of a curriculum that not only caters to the fundamental requirements of learning, but also provides a riveting way to grasp the knowledge is like music to the ears of students. Recently, a study conducted on engineering scholars of IIT, Delhi showed that the students of Engineering Drawing were very reluctant towards the hardships of the subject until a revised course structure was presented, which involved the use 3d graphics instead of hand-drawn figures on a whiteboard. The introduction of this new technique was highly praised by the students, and their involvement in the classes was increased by ninety percent. This, in turn, resulted not only in better participation in the lectures but also augmented the overall understanding of the subject among students.
Secondly, a properly designed course that cares for students' interests can also lead to better performance in that subject. A student can definitely score better if the learning process is robust in every stage, and aforementioned study can simply exemplify this situation. In the later results, it was also found that the engineering students of IIT, Delhi were also able to score better in the Engineering Drawing subject; when compared to the last year's academic records it was proven that the average marks obtained in that subject were increased significantly. This method of curriculum designing is not only beneficial to the students, but it may also revolutionize the primary way of teaching in the whole ecosystem of education.
Although some might argue that despite the outstanding advantages of the given claim, the author fails to articulate the explicit fact that students may have different interests that may not align to the design of curriculum of a particular subject, and I cannot agree more to this argument. If each students' interest is taken into consideration white planning a course, a general conflict of interests can happen, which ultimately, can lead to overall degradation in the quality of education in the specific subject.
To recapitulate the whole situation, it can simply be inferred that there are advantageous sides of this claim that can be very fruitful in the education system. However, when it comes to considering the interests of every single student and applying them in a unified manner on a subject's curriculum, argumentative situations may rise, and the claim fails to explain this scenario. Therefore, the truth on which the claim is based is limited.
