For A,
When we calculate the speed with a 20 % increase we get, 60+72+86.4+103.68=\(\frac{322.08}{4}=\)80.52 is the average speed for each lap
B has an avg speed of 80 for each lap.`
Thus the time taken by A=\(\frac{40}{80.52}\)=0.49677 hours= 29 mins 80 sec
Time taken by B=\(\frac{40}{80}\)=0.5 hour= 30 mins
Thus, 30-29.80=20 seconds.
The closest value is 21.
