There are 10 consecutive integers from 91 to 100, inclusive
If all 10 integers be 90, then sum of the reciprocals of the consecutive integers = 1/90 *10 = 1/9
If all 10 integers be 100, then sum of the reciprocals of the consecutive integers = 1/100 *10 = 1/10
This means, sum of the reciprocals of the consecutive integers from 91 to 100, inclusive, lies between 1/10 and 1/9
1/10 < S <1/9
Hence, 1/10 is less than S
