We are told that x is an integer. Thus, we can sex x as 0. Then, for quant A, |23X|would be 0.
For quant B, \(2\sqrt{x^2}\) would be 0, as well.
YET, if we set x=1. Then for Quant A, |23X|would be 23. For quant B, \(2\sqrt{x^2}\) would be 2.
Hence, the ans wouldm be D.
