Adult tickets sold= x
Student tickets sold= x+63
Total proceeds from the sale of tickets= 907.5 = cost of adult ticket * no of adult tickets sold + cost of student ticket*corresponding no of tickets
5x+2.5(x+63)=907.5
7.5x+157.5=907.5
x=100
Therefore no of student tickets is 163. Hence option C is the answer.
