• Florida produced more oranges than California.
• California produced more total citrus than Florida.
• Therefore, California must have produced more non-orange citrus than Florida.

Choice D correctly identifies this logical conclusion.

Choice A is not necessarily true. Florida's climate could be very amenable for lemons also, but disastrous for grapefruits.

Choice B is irrelevant, as size is not part of the argument.

Choice C is not necessarily true, as oranges could be a very small part of total citrus production.

Choice E doesn't have anything to do with citrus in specific.
