10 kg solution ----> w/o = 3/2 or 6kg/4kg.
8 kg solution -----> w/o = 2/1 or 16/3 kg / 8/3 kg
Weight of oil in new solution = 4 + 8/3 --> 20/3 kg
What fraction by mass of the new solution is oil ---> 20/3 / 18 ----> 10/27
