I think now I got

when you deal with an essay and the author points something, you should address just the author's points in a balance way

For example the author says this.

In my view is right or wrong and I will explain why for the following reason.

Simply is that.

Let me know if is this what you meant

No, for example if the given prompt for the argument essay is an editorial by the editor, we don't know if the editor is a male or a female. So while writing the essay, could we use something like "He reaches to the conclusion that......", or is it not good to assume that the editor is a male and use the pronoun "He".

I would suggest using 'the author' only. It'd be easier in the essay that you won't have to remember the pronoun and errors will not be there.
