The debate about drwn the scale or not on the GRE is always tricky. Here nothing said and therefore we can not assume they are || or not.

If not the angles are not equal. However, this is also a coordinate geometry and from the figure and the lines position, it is reasonable to think they are parallel from the diagram itself

My view

Isn't this a classic ETS trap? Corresponding angles (\angle 3 and \angle 7) are only equal when line $n$ and line $m$ are parallel (n \parallel m). Since the problem statement doesn't explicitly state that n \parallel m, nor are there parallel line arrows in the diagram, shouldn't we avoid assuming they are parallel (given ETS's "not drawn to scale" rule)? Wouldn't that make D the correct answer?
