I believe the fastest/easiest solution for this question is to simply call up the on-screen calculator (since there's no exponent button, you'll have to keep multiplying).
Given: \(7^n < 3000\)
\(7^4 < 2401\) and \(7^5 < 16,807\)
This tells us that \(n ≤ 4\)
Given: \(5^n > 600\)
\(5^3 = 125\) and \(5^4 = 625\)
This tells us \(n ≥ 4\)
Combine the results to get: \( 4 ≤ n ≤ 4\), which means \(n = 4\), which means Quantity B is greater than Quantity A
Answer: B
