Answered 6 correct but took 18 minutes to do this. Understanding the passage do take too much time for me. Carcass sir, any suggestions on how to read & understand the passage completely within 6 minutes or so.

Now, I could suggest several strategy, tricks , or else
However, at the end of the day, RC is just to understand what the passage says and digest the information as fast as we can , screwing those irrelevant to reply the questions.
Eventually, EVERYTHNG boils down to the following scenario

It is true that you understand the passage and all the questions were nailed correctly, but too much time means a lack of confidence, Or maybe reread more than one time the passage and/or the questions. Going back and forth
