Essay on Women are different from men on phyiscal structure and hence shold not be allowed to do some jobs

Our Society has been a patrochial one ever since inception. There has been the distinction between jobs that separated men and women into categories that often favoured men as primes over women.
There is no denying the fact that there might be some physical difference between the body structure of men and women but to cliche a statement that Men and Women should be separeted because of this is an overstatement and an orthodox idea that has somehow been rooted in our male dominated society.

There were times when Men would go to work while women would stick to home doing regular household chores , but times have changed a llot since then,we see women competing men not in just corporate jaded suited-up jobs but also in frontline jobs where they are even more appreciated , breaking society barriers in an iconoclastic manner. We have women working as drivers and/or delivery service people where previously women were considered inept to be taxi drivers as driving puts a mental toll and requires more of a "physical" effort which only men possed. but that certainly was not true and evidence is clear , with disruption in online taxi-hailing apps like Uber or Lyft allowing anyone to be a driver on their wills, we see a lot of women standing up to what is right.

Even in education sector , there has been a trend where women were encouraged to take more of the the skills required in STEM side or subjects which focussed more on soft skills but now since times are changing , we see many women being enrolled in disciplines which require both soft and hard skills per se like that of Mechanical Engineering.

Not to stop at here , women in work place are ubiquitous . they are in engineering , in corporate houses , they work as mechanics , they work as drivers , they work as astronauts , they race cars the same way men do , they play sports the same way (even some would argue in a better way) the men do , they place hockey , cricket , soccer and what not. These are all the sports where women's presence was a stigma mainly due to the spurious notion that women were unfit because of phyiscal structure.
