The answer is B
Greatest dist. from P to circle + Least dist. from P to circle = Radius of the circle = 12/(2 X pi) = 6/pi.
So radius= 6/3.14 .Therefore A is less than 2. Therefore B is bigger.
Greatest dist. from P to circle + Least dist. from P to circle = Radius of the circle = 12/(2 X pi) = 6/pi.
So radius= 6/3.14 .Therefore A is less than 2. Therefore B is bigger.

pay attention that:
Greatest dist. from P to circle + Least dist. from P to the circle = 2*Radius of the circle
you said = r
