r=the radius of the smaller circle (M center)
3r= the radius of the bigger circle (center O)
the angle would be= [pi*r^2/pi*(3r)^2]*360
= 1/9* 360
= 40 (answer)
N.B: 360-40=320 might be an option, however, this is incorrect in this
particular case as per the condition.
