1/10 ranked PSG before chelsea. And 1/3 ranked PSG before Real Madrid.
So, for PSG to be ranked #1, both of the above conditions have to be true.
So, # of people that put PSG as rank 1 are (60)*1/30=2. So, option C is correct.

Possible outcomes: 3!=6, namely,
PCR, PRC, CPR, CRP, RPC, RCP

PSG Last= CRP, RCP (60*(3/5)=36 people)
PSG before Chelsea= PCR, PRC, RPC (60*(1/10)=6 people)
PSG before Real Madrid= PCR, PRC, CPR (60*(1/3)=20 people)

PSG Last doesn't share any outcomes with the other two groups.
Let x=PSG first=intersection of the other two groups

Therefore
60=36+6+20-x
x=2

Final Answer: C
