So the average price per piece of pants is 25
The skirts price is from 80 to 100 and the average is 90
So the average price per piece of pants is 3.33
the answer is always greater.

1250 x 20 < 1250 pants < 1250 x 80
$25000 < 1250 pants < $100000
$80 < 1 skirt < $100
300 x 80 < 300 skirts < 300 x 100

Add both inequalities to get overall sum;
$49000 < 1250 pants + 300 skirts < $130000
Divide by total items i.e. 1550 to get the average
