48 manuals weigh 48*400 = 19,200 grams. To get the measure in kilograms, we have to divide by 1,000: 19,200/1,000 = 19.2 kg.

One box weighs (48 x 400)/1000 = 48 x 0.4 = 19.2 kilograms.
