There are:
3 types of shells
4 types of meat
3 types of cheese
5 types of salsa

To make a taco, you need to use EXACTLY 1 of each item type (irrespective of the order in which they are added)
Thus, you need to
Take 1 from 3 shells AND 1 from 4 meats AND 1 from 3 cheese AND 1 from 5 salsa
= 3c1 * 4c1 * 3c1 * 5c1
= 180

Answer 180
