registration fee + fee for first n sessions + 4*n(for each session) = 60
n/2+3n/2+4n=60;
6n=60;
n=10

I guess ans should be 10

fee for first n sessions is 3n/2 "per session", so

n/2 + (n * 3n/2) + 4n = 60
=> 3(n^2)/2 + 9n/2 - 60 = 0
=> 3(n^2) + 9n - 120 = 0
=> (n^2) + 3n - 40 = 0
=> (n - 5)*(n + 8) = 0
=> n = 5 or n = -8

So, answer is B
