9876 is the biggest code that meets the given conditions
3210 is the smallest code that meets the given conditions
Difference = 9876 - 3210 = 6666
Answer: A

the solution is provided I don't agree with it.
It should be, 9876-1023=8851.
The answer is not in the list, kindly check and explain.
