Profile review and doubts

Hi everyone,
Firstly my background:
I am from India, graduated from one of India's prime colleges last year with a decent CGPA.
I graduated with a Electronics degree but landed up with a CS job. I didn't have much coding or research experience in my undergrad years and I only developed interest for coding pretty late, precisely in my final year of college. I have been working fulltime with a company since 1 year as software engineer and I have developed a great interest in it. Hence I started digging into concepts and started reading about the subjects taught at undergrad level on my own.
Since I didn't study any computer science subjects in my undergrad level, I have been pondering about studying CS via a masters in CS from foreign universities.
I have few doubts for which I came here:
1. Am I applying too soon for masters? Since I haven't studied or did any projects at undergrad level and I have only 1 year of work experience.
2. I am also interested in ML. I have been trying out few things as side projects but nothing too concrete. I don't have a professional experience in ML. How can I apply for ML courses? What more can I do with my current profile to have a better chance?
3. If not ML, considering my profile which courses would be a better fit for me? Note: I have interest towards ML but I am also inclined towards getting to understand CS courses.
P.S - Please share helpful links which can help solve my doubts.

This is a tough question. While there have been cases of students being admitted to programs which are different from their undergrad, however they are not common.
The best strategy might be emailing individual professor and expressing interest in their research group. This way you could test out the waters before making an actual application.
