The given graph is a Box and Whisker Plot
Theory: The starting line of the box in a Box and Whisker plot is Q1, the Line inside the Box is Median or Q2 and the end of the Box is Q3
=> Q1 = Starting line of the box = 17
=> Q3 = Ending line of the box = 18
=> Quantity A = Q1 = 17 and Quantity B = Q3 = 18
Clearly, Quantity B(18) > Quantity A(17)
So, Answer will be B
