Computing the means we get quantity A equal to \(\frac{-27-20-13-6+1+8+15}{7} = -6\) and quantity B equal to \(\frac{-23-19-15-11-7-3+1+5+9+13}{10} = -5\).
Then, quantity B is greater!

Given that Set X: {-27, -20, -13, -6, 1, 8, 15} and Set Y: {-23, -19, -15, -11, -7, -3, 1, 5, 9, 13} and we need to find the mean of Set X and Set Y

Quantity A: Mean of Set X
Mean of Set X = \(\frac{-27 + (-20) + (-13) + (-6) + 1 + 8 + 15}{7}\) = \(\frac{-42}{7}\) = -6
Quantity B: Mean of Set Y
Mean of Set Y = \(\frac{(-23) + (-19) + (-15) + (-11) + (-7) + (-3) + 1 + 5 + 9 + 13}{10}\) = \(\frac{-50}{10}\) = -5
Clearly, Quantity B(-5) > Quantity A(-6)
So, Answer will be B.
