Hey there,

If you already got 13yrs experience under your belt, I would suggest to pursue MBA. In long run you do need to managerial degree to rise up the hierarchy.

Most business schools do accept GRE score. Moreover if you ve not decided, I would suggest start preparing for GRE - With GRE score you can get into business school as well as apply for MS.

Moreover you can check for executive assessment test conducted by GMAC - Some of the business school do accept that score as well.

Executive MBA is another option for you.

It's always better to prepare. At least, get familiar with the test structure. A small but efficient research will go a long way. Just pick a good prep book, ask around for some experiences and tips and go for it! Good luck!
